FOR WEEKDAY DAY GAMES – NO DIRECT AT&T PARK SERVICE
There is no direct service to AT&T Park for weekday afternoon games. East Bay riders can take a regularly scheduled ferry to the SF Ferry Building and disembark there. From the SF Ferry Buidling terminal, AT&T Park is a 20-30 minute walk, or transfer to the Muni Metro at the Embarcadero Station. The N line runs every ten minutes. Two supplementary Muni Metros titled, “AT&T Park” depart the Embarcadero Station every ten minutes beginning two hours before game time.

Security Advisory: Passengers may NOT bring the following items on board: weapons or security-sensitive objects, open containers (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), alcoholic beverages, hard-sided coolers, and briefcases/diaper bags/purses/ backpacks/bags larger than 16"x16"x8". Passengers may NOT leave items unattended on the ferry.

Note: Clipper Card is not currently accepted for service to AT&T Park.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets to AT&T Park are non-refundable. Purchase tickets onboard the ferry at time of departure; at Blue & Gold Fleet’s Pier 41 Ticket Booth (no service charge); or online at blueandgoldfleet.com ($1.50 per ticket convenience fee applies).
  • AT&T Park service tickets may also be reserved online; go to SanFranciscoBayFerry.com/giants for more information.
  • Boarding Policy: Passengers holding tickets or a Ticket Purchase Confirmation (from online ticket purchases) are boarded first.
  • We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Commuter Check.
  • Tickets may only be used on the ferry route for which they were originally purchased.
  • Standard fare tickets and Discount Book tickets cannot be used on AT&T Park ferry.

RESERVE YOUR FERRY TICKET ONLINE
TO AT&T PARK FOR S.F. GIANTS GAMES


You can now reserve your seat on a ferry to Giants games at AT&T Park by using our online advance ticketing service.

It's easy, convenient, and best of all ensures you have a seat on a game day ferry - advance reservation and ticket holders board first! You can still purchase tickets on board at time of departure.

  • Check the schedule for Giants games to which the ferry provides direct service between Alameda, Oakland, and AT&T Park.
  • Click the link below to visit the ticket reservation purchase site (operated by our maritime service provider Blue & Gold Fleet).
  • Select the date of the game, the number and type of tickets, and pay online using your VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. The deadline for advance online ticket reservations is 5:00 PM on the day prior to the game.
  • You will receive a Ticket Confirmation which you must bring with you, together with picture ID and the purchasing credit card, to the ferry terminal on game day and exchange for your tickets. Will call only - no tickets are mailed in advance.

 

 

A couple of important notes about AT&T Park service:

  • All sales are final. This sale is not subject to refund or exchange (except if the voyage is canceled). Ferry tickets cannot be resold or transferred. Passenger assumes risk of loss of these tickets.
  • FOR SECURITY PURPOSES YOU MUST BRING A PHOTO ID AND A PRINT-OUT OF YOUR CONFIRMATION WITH YOU IN ORDER TO RECEIVE TICKETS.
  • Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. Boat will depart promptly at the published departure time.
  • No alcoholic beverage, ice chest or coolers may be brought onboard the boat; no on-board alcohol sales on the return trip.

Alameda Terminal Address:  2990 Main St, Alameda CA, 94501

Oakland Terminal Address:  The Oakland terminal is located at the west end of Jack London Square; Near 10 Clay St, Oakland CA, 94607

Parking in Alameda:  Free parking is available at 2990 Main St., adjacent to the ferry terminal. There is no overnight parking.

Parking in Oakland: Riders are eligible for up to 12 hours of free validated parking in the 7-story garage at 101 Washington St., Oakland on all ferry operating days. Be sure to bring your garage parking ticket to the Ferry Terminal for validation. Garage hours are: a) Monday through Thursday 5:45 AM to 1:00 AM, b) Friday 5:45 AM to 2:00 AM, c) Saturday 8 AM to 2 AM, and d) Sunday 8 AM to 1 AM. There is no overnight parking.

Public Transit Options:  Transit options near the Alameda and Oakland terminals include AC Transit, Amtrak and the Broadway Shuttle (with service to BART and downtown Oakland). Click on the Transit tab for additional information.

GUARANTEED RIDE HOME PROGRAMS

Ferry riders who experience a workday illness, family crisis or other unscheduled emergency may be eligible for a free ride home from work via taxi, rental car or other transit options provided by Guaranteed Ride Home programs offered by San Mateo and Alameda Counties to employees working in those counties. Public Transit Connections in Oakland & Alameda

AC Transit Bus transfers: Every ferry ticket comes with an attached AC Transit transfer allowing ferry riders to ride FREE on AC buses to and from Jack London Square or the Alameda Main Street terminal. An additional charge is required for AC express (X) buses.

Free Broadway Shuttle: Offers fast, free connections between the Oakland Ferry Terminal area (stop is approx 2 blocks away at Broadway & Embarcadero) and BART and downtown Oakland offices.

Weekday Broadway Shuttle Service (Orange route)
Mondays-Fridays 7am-7pm between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and Grand Avenue. Shuttles run every 10 minutes during commute hours and lunchtime; every 15 minutes other times.

Weekend Night Broadway Shuttle Service (Blue route)
Fridays 7pm-1am & Saturdays 6pm-1am between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and 27th Street. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.

The Broadway Shuttle does not operate on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
